摘  要:在网络技术、网络业务高速发展的时代,推荐系统已经成为解决个性化服务的有效手段。将推荐技术与网络化制造模式相结合,提出了一种网络化销售和定制个性化信息推荐系统模型,并对该系统的体系结构、系统框架、关键技术等问题进行了研究。系统利用协同过滤推荐技术、Web挖掘技术等关键技术分析客户行为,实现了更实时准确地为客户推荐满意的产品,提高了整个系统的智能化程度。In the high developing age of network technique and network business, recommender system has become an efficient approach in solving personalized services. The recommendation technology is applied in combination with the networked manufacturing mode, and a recommender system model for networked sale and personalized customization is proposed. Moreover, the overall structure framework, architecture and critical technologies of the system are studied. Based on the collaborative filtering techniques, Web data mining techniques and other critical techniques, the system can analyze customers' behavior, and recommend satisfied products to the customers accurately and in time. Therefore, the intelligence of the whole system has been highly increased.
