摘　　要：企业领导人是影响企业技术创新的重要因素,但其影响过程与机理还未完全揭示。文章重点从企业领导权结构和董事长技术背景两个维度来分析企业领导人对技术创新的影响。通过协方差分析发现,董事长与总经理两职合一对企业技术创新有促进作用,而两职分离则抑制技术创新;董事长有技术背景的企业技术创新动力更强。因此,得出两职合一是当前我国中小民营企业更合理的领导权结构,同时,董事长有技术背景也更有利于企业长期发展。Enterprise leaders play an important role in corporate technology innovation.There,however,has been little research that reveals its influential process and mechanism.The paper focuses on the business leaders' impact on technology innovation in terms of leadership structure and board chairman's technology background.Through covariance analysis we find that duality has a significant positive effect on the motivation of technology innovation,while separation's effect is negative,as board chairman with a techn...
