摘　　要：迄今为止,我国大学教育仍将思想政治教育等同于道德人格教育,导致道德教育日益萎缩。道德教育应是一种生活中的人格教育,其起点、内容、过程都应介入大学生日常生活,促进他们的德性发展;在大学生日常生活中塑造具体的、形象的、可感的道德范型,激发他们的仰慕和效仿;重视校园文化、公寓文化和社团文化的道德内涵的构造和设计,构建道德法则的日常形态。在教育环境的无意识中,在不经意的感化中,大学生的心灵达到真善美的统一。In China,the moral personality education of undergraduates is still regarded as ideological and political education,which leads to the shrinking of moral education.Moral education should be personality education in life with its starting point,content,processes being all involved in daily life to promote the virtues development of undergraduates.Moral examples should be set specifically and emotionally in the daily lives of undergraduates,inspiring their admiration and imitation.More attention should be pai...
