摘 要:研究了影响臭氧杀菌的基本因素。结果表明,冷却水的pH值和水温对处理效果影响不大;水中的剩余臭氧浓度是决定臭氧杀菌能力的主要因素;臭氧的消耗量与系统中的微生物数量有关。当水中剩余臭氧质量浓度为0.05mg/L,接触时间为14min时,可使灭菌率达99%。循环水处理过程中,为了控制系统中微生物的滋长所需维持的剩余臭氧质量浓度为0.05mg/L。在一定pH值范围(7.0~9.0)内,臭氧的灭菌能力基本相同。在相同的剩余臭氧浓度条件下,臭氧的杀菌能力基本不受温度影响。在循环冷却水系统中,相同的起始菌数条件下,投加臭氧后细菌数目迅速减少,单位时间投加的臭氧越多,则杀菌率越高。As a strong oxidizer, ozone can be used in the water-cooling circulation treatment. The present paper has analyzed all the basic sterilizing factors of ozone. The result indicate that temperature and pH of water had little effect on the sterilization. Ozone' s sterilizing ability depends on its remaining concentration. Its consumption is related to the number of the microbes in the system. When the ozone remaining concentration is 0.05 mg/L and the contacting time is 14 minutes, ozone can sterilize 99% of the microbes. For this purpose, 0.05 mg/L ozone can be added to the recycling cooling water to check the growth of the microbes in the system. Thus the lowest ozone concentration, which is actually 0.05 mg/L, can be determined to check the growth of the microbes in the recycling process. However, the disinfecting ability of Ozone in such a lowest concentration remains almost the same in the certain pH range (7.0 - 9.0) . Furthermore, at the same ozone remaining concentration, temperature of water had little influence on the sterilizing ability. In the cooling-water circulation system, under the same initial bacterium amount, when ozone is added, bacterium amount would quickly be reduced. The experiment shows that the more ozone is added per time unit, the greater bactericidal efficiency can be found.
