摘　　要：源于认知心理学的图式理论早已被创立为一种颇有影响的阅读理论.近年来该理论被引入我国的阅读教学中并产生了好的效果.本文概述了图式理论的一些基本概念,着重阐明了图式理论在英语教学中对阅读理解和翻译的影响.The Schema Theory derived from cognitive psychology was established as a rather influential reading theory long time ago. Recently, this theory has been introduced to the teaching of reading comprehension and has taken good effects. This paper outlines the basic ideas of The Schema Theory and illustrates its influence to English reading comprehension and translation.
