摘　　要：利用特征根研究二次曲面的切平面问题,给出了平面为二次曲面的切平面的充要条件.This is an essay in which we study on tangent plane of quadric surface by using the characteristic root, we give a necessary and sufficient condition for plane to be the tangent plane of the quadric surface.
