摘　　要：目的检测DCC、P53及VEGF在41例结直肠癌中的表达情况,以探讨三者表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测。结果41例结直肠癌的组织中,DCC表达阳性10例,阳性率为24.4%,而P53与VEGF的阳性率分别为63.4%及65.9%。DCC基因表达与P53、VEGF无明显相关性。结论P53与VEGF表达存在明显相关关系(P<0.05)。Objective To investigate the correlation of the plateinexpressions in the tissue human of colotectal adenocarcinomas. Methods The protein expression from tissue of DCC, P53 and VEGF were confirmed in 41 eases of eoloreetal adenocarcinomas by two-step immunohistochemieal methods. Results Of the 41 eases, DCC expression was observed in 24.4%（10141） ,the positive expression rate of P53 and VEGF is 63.4% ,65.9% ,respectively. Conclusion There was a relationship between expression genes of P53 and VEGF.
