摘　　要：从6个方面对远程学习者的特征进行调查:远程学习者的来源、远程学习者的学习动机、远程学习者的学习方式、远程学习者的学习困难、远程学习者对考风考纪的态度、远程学习者对现代教育技术、资源的了解和运用情况。根据调查结果和数据分析,提出改进现代远程教育教学模式的意见和建议。The author held a survey about the characteristics of the learners in Lishui from 6 aspects： 1. Resources of the learners 2. Motivation of studying 3. Studing approach 4. Difficulties in study 5. Learners＇ attitude toward strict examination system 6. Learners＇ knowledge and use of modern educational technology and resource, accordina to the survey the author presents our attitude and suggestion of improving teaching mood in modern long-distance education.
