摘  要:加强心理社团的指导,有利于发挥其在宣传教育、调研决策、危机干预等多方面的德育功能。以理论研究和工作实践为根据,阐述了心理社团的类型和指导者的职业素质;提出了在社团指导中结合中医药院校特点,协调自主性与指导的关系,以能力建设和队伍建设为重点,鼓励社会实践的工作原则。Strengthening guidance on psychology association may help bring into play its moral cultivating functions of publicizing and educating, investigating and decision-making, as well as crisis interrupting. Based on theoretical research and working practice, this paper expounds types of psychology association and professional making of the instructors. Some working principles are suggested that characteristics of colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should be stressed, relationship between self-dependence and instruction should be harmonized, ability and team construction should be emphasized, and social practice should be encouraged.
