摘 要:目的通过管理更加合理地利用护理人力资源,解决人力短缺问题。方法采用调整班次、重新制订岗位职责、施行弹性工作制度等方法。结果病人对护理工作的满意度由改革前的70%提高到96%以上,健康知识知晓率由60.5%提高到90.5%。结论充分合理地利用人力资源,在人员短缺情况下仍能为病人提供优质服务,圆满完成各项指标并维护了护士的身心健康。Objective To utilize nursing human resources more reasonable and to solve the problem of manpower shortage. Methods The following measures were taken, such as regulating nurse shifts,renewing duties and responsibilities and adopting flexible scheduling. Results As a result,the patients' satisfaction rate with nursing service increased from 70% to 96% and their understanding rate of health related knowledge increased from 60.5% to 90.5%. Conclusion This practice could make full use of nursing human resources more reasonable,provided patients with high quality nursing service and accomplished various tasks of the hospital and maintained the nurses' physical and psychological health in the situation of manpower shortage.
