摘  要:利用木霉1号,黑曲霉2301,根霉v-8,饲料酵母共生培养,对稻草进行降解。确定了在固体培养基上最佳产纤维素酶的条件是:温度30℃,水分与固体物料比为1∶2,稻草与麸皮比为2.5∶1。多菌株混合培养比单一利用产纤维素酶菌株产酶更具多样性,能够较彻底地对稻草作用,提高营养价值。经试验,稻草中酸性洗涤纤维降低了38.5%,蛋白质提高了39.4%。Straw was degraded by Tichpderma sppl, Nsp. niger 2301 ,R. delemarV -8 and feed yeast, which was co- cultured . The best technology conditions for cellulase on solid medium were as follows: temperature was 30 ℃ , the ratio of water, culture medium was 1 : 2 and the ratio of straw: wheat bran was 2.5: 1. The enzymes from the admixture strains was of more multiformity than those from a single strain, which could degrade straw completely and improve nutrition values. Through the test, the ADF of straw was decreased by 38.5% and the protein was increased by 39.4%
