摘　　要：北魏前期监察机构不健全,官爵无禄,吏治腐败。孝文帝时期建立正常的官吏考核、升迁制度,以俸养廉,严法治贪,树立御史台权威,并敢于从亲近者正法,加之正面教育,故有效地减少了腐败现象的发生,吏治也有好转。In the early period of the Northern Wei Dynasty supervisory institutions were imperfect,officers did not receive any pay and systems for the supervision and management of officers were corrupt. In the period when emperor Xiaowen was in power, normal assessment and promotion systems for officers were set up, laws were strictly enforced and corruption was fought against, incorrupt government was attempted to be guaranteed by pay and the authority of the Ministry of Supervision was established, which effectively reduced corruption.
