摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,分析了高校体育创新型教师的特征,提出了创新型体育教师的知识能力要求及培养途径。With the research methods of documentary reference, questionnaires and statistics, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the creative university P.E. teachers and proposes methods for their academic development.
