摘　　要：本文探讨了影响电大教学质量的各种因素,并从教学管理和考试管理两方面提出了相应的改进措施。This paper discussed factors that affect the teaching quality of radio and TV universities and put forward amelioration measures from the two aspects of teaching and exam managements.
