摘　　要：为提高人力资源管理水平,我们通过基于WEB方法自行开发研制医院人力资源管理信息系统,该系统利用Windows操作系统Web浏览器的强大功能,实现与大型数据库的联接与转换以及与Internet的联接应用。利用eb方法检索和发布数据、统计和分析数据,提高了系统的可操作性、易维护性,在实际工作中取得了满意的效果。为医院人力资源部门提供信息服务功能,为医院其他相关部门提供人员信息数据的录入和查询途径,为医院管理者正确决策与统筹安排提供依据,提高了医院现代化管理水平。In order to enhance management standards of human resource, the author designed hospital human resource management information system based on Web method. The system makes use of Web browser of windows operating system, it connects with largescale database and Internet. By Web method to search, issue, statistic, analyze information date ,it is operable and maintainable, it takes satisfying effect. The system supplies Information service function for human resource department, supplies way of information recording and querying for other making and planning as a whole, enhances modern hospital department, supplies foundation of decisionmanagement standards of hospital.
