艺术情感治疗法在药物滥用者心理康复中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的:介绍艺术情感治疗法,并讨论这种方法在戒毒工作中治疗有述情障碍的药物滥用者的作用和效果。方法:以云南戴托普治疗康复中心1年内接受治疗的有述情障碍的药物滥用者为研究对象,采用对比研究的方法,对实验组和对照组的述情障碍量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和康复中心的TC治疗评估量表等进行干预前后的对比分析。实验组在接受基本的戒断康复治疗的同时还接受有针对性的艺术情感治疗,而对照组只接受基本的戒断康复治疗。结果:实验组在采用了干预手段后,各项量表的得分情况明显好于对照组,并且实验组的脱失率也比对照组降低了26.14%。结论:艺术情感治疗法在对药物滥用者心理康复的治疗中,尤其是对有述情障碍的药物滥用者的治疗能起到良好的效果,具有应用价值。Objective： To introduce the Art Feeling Method （AFM） and to study the action and the effect of this method in clinical psychological rehabilitation of drug abusers who have recounter emotion obstacle. Methods： The contrast analysis method to analyze the drug abusers who stayed in Yunnan Daytop Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in one year and the TAS, SAS, ZUNG and TC scales have been used. Results： The experiment group used the AFM in clinical psychological rehabilitation but the control group used the foundation rehabilitation only. The experiment group＇s scores were better than the control group. Especially the rate of separation of the experiment group was lower 26.14% than the compare group. Conclusion： The AFM could provide unconditioned positive regards, which effectively help the patients, especially the patients who have recounter emotion obstacle to rehabilitate.
