摘　　要：创新性教学重在培养人的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。其特征要求教师必须完成从“施教者”到“引导者”,从“独奏者”到“伴奏者”,从“教书匠”转变为“研究者”等一系列角色转换。Creative teaching lays stress on training people＇s creative consciousness, creative spirit and creative ability, which require teacher changing his role from ＂ the instructor＂ to ＂the guide＂, as well as, from ＂the soloist＂ to ＂the accompanist＂.
