摘　　要：本文以建构主义理论为指导,提出培养人的创新能力是高校素质教育的本质内涵,培养具有创新精神的专门人才是高校实施创新教育的核心。This thesis regards the constrctivism theory as guidance, proposing that cultivating people＇s creativity is the basic connotation of the high school＇s quality education, fostering the specialized talents of being creative is the crux that the high school to fulfill the creative education.
