摘  要:本文介绍了双圆盾构隧道管片在施工过程中结构内力的现场测定试验及结构内力在施工荷载作用下的变化情况。盾构隧道管片内力的计算方法有许多种,但其在实际施工过程中的结构内力及其变化情况许多年来一直没有比较详细的研究。在我国首次进行的双圆盾构隧道施工过程中,隧道股份对双圆隧道管片在拼装、成环、推进等施工过程中的结构内力变化进行了详细的监测分析,掌握了大量的第一手监测数据,对双圆盾构管片在施工过程中的力学特性变化有了比较详细的分析研究。为今后的双圆隧道建设提供了详实的研究基础。An in-situ segment test method of internal forces and their variation under construction load during the erection of double-O-tube (DOT)tunnel were presented. Though many ways on calculation of internal forces within the segment of tunnel, the internal forces and their variations under the process of the construction still have not been studied in detail. Following the process of the first DOT tunnel construction in China, the internal forces and their variations within the DOT segments during their lining ring formation and shield thrusting were monitored carefully. Based on the abundant data from monitoring, the characteristic of force variations in DOT segment during construction process was analyzed. And, it offers rich research resource for DOT construction in future.
