摘　　要：高等职业教育是现代化教育的重要组成部分,由于诸多条件制约,整体看来,我国的高等职业院校的英语教学质量尚待提高,而要突破这种状况,唯有从创新“教学模式”入手。具体而言应该从“课程设置改革”、“以学生为中心”、“以现代技术为基础”、“以实用为宗旨”四个方面努力,以尽快实现一种“确保学生有大量的语言输入”的英语课程教学新模式。Higher vocational education is one of the most important parts of modern education. Because of the existing hinders, improvements are to be achieved in the quality of its English teaching. It is only from innovating our teaching pattern that can we begin to change such situation. Concretely, we should make efforts in innovating English course-set, improving our modern teaching technologies and facing the purpose of language application. It is time that we build a new English teaching pattern which can input abundant language information to our students.
