摘　　要：通过对现代企业的人才需求情况的调查,分析影响高职专科人才素质变化的客观因素,归纳现代企业对高职专科人才的需求特征和素质要求的现状及趋势。Through the survey of the situations of demand for talent of modem enterprises, the paper has analyzed the objective factors influencing specialized talentg quality change in the higher vocational education, summed up the current situations and the trend that enterprises require for the higher vocational education in terms of the demand characteristics and quality requirements to training talents.
