摘  要:以火花点火式S195型煤层气发动机为基础,建立缸内燃烧过程碳化氢(HC)和氧化氮(NO)2种排放物的排放模型,以Matlab程序设计语言为平台,对HC和NO实际排放量进行仿真。计算结果表明,计算值与实测值吻合较好。研究发动机燃用变组分煤层气后HC和NO的排放特性以及煤层气组分变化对发动机HC和NO排放量的影响。提高煤层气中甲烷的体积分数有利于降低HC排放量,但不利于降低NO排放量。We established HC and NO emission models for a spark ignition engine, which was modified from a S195 diesel engine and fuelled with various component coal bed methanes. Using Matlab procedure design code HC and NO emissions were simulated. The simulated results coinside well with the experimental values. At the same time the authors also studied emission characteristics of engines fuelled with various component coal bed gases. The effects of component variation in coal bed gas on HC and NO emissions were analyzed. The increase of methane concentration in coal bed gas contributes the decrease of HC emission; contrarily, the decrease of methane concentration conduces to the decrease of NO emission.
