摘　　要：目前高师艺术专业在就业市场上面临新的挑战,为应对就业市场的变革,必须采取以下方略:树立为市场服务的新观点、改进招生模式、建立课改中心、加强教师队伍建设、在实习中渗透课改新理念、建立课程评价新体系。For the time being, school of art is facing new challenges. School of art, in order to tackle with the reform of market, must establish the sense of service for the market, must reform the enrollment scheme, must set up the center of curriculum reform, consolidate the team of teachers and create the curriculum evaluation system.
