高效液相色谱测定血管紧张素转换酶抑制肽的活性

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱测定血管紧张素转换酶抑制肽活性的方法.在该色谱条件下,可通过测定由ACE水解马尿酰组氨酰亮氨酸后产生的马尿酸的量得到抑制肽的活性.方法简便快速,具有较好的重复性.采用该法测定血管紧张素转换酶抑制肽MRWRD活性的结果与改良Cushman和Cheung法的测定结果基本一致.A rapid high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of activity of angiotensinconverzyme inhibitory peptides was developed. With this method, the activity of the inhibitory peptides was determined with the amount of hippuric acid which was released from substrate Hippuryl-His-leu （HHL） by ACE. The method is simple, rapid and reproducible. The inhibitory activity of peptide MRWRD determined by HPLC method is basically as same as that of modified Cushman and Cheung method.
