小波网络用于氨基酸多组分分析的研究

摘　　要：用小波网络对混合试样中的多组分氨基酸含量进行了分析.在小波网络中,采用了Mor-let母小波和一维搜索变步长共轭梯度优化方法.结果表明:小波网络优于BP网络,酪氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸和3,4-二羟基苯丙氨酸预测含量的回收率在94.72%～105.43%之间.The content of multi-component amino acids was analyzed and determined with wavelet network. In the network, Morlet mother wavelet and line search conjugate gradient optimization method were used. The results showed that the wavelet network was better than BP network, the recoveries of the predicted concentrations for tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine and 3,4-hydroxyphenylalanine were 94.72%～105.43 %.
