摘　　要：考虑了城市物流配送中道路交叉口延误的影响,提出了基于一定置信水平下满足客户时间约束的机会约束模型,并用遗传算法进行了求解,实例分析表明,该模型及其算法是可行的。Considering the delay of road crosses in urban delivery, the paper puts forward a chance-constraint model in a certain confidence level. The genetic algorithm is used to come to a solution and the instance proves that the model and algorithm are workable.
