摘　　要：河南省教育厅为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进新时期体育工作的意见》([2002]8号),组织部分专家、教授对全省大中小学课余训练、体育后备人才培养情况进行调研,总结经验与教训,找出存在的问题与困难,提出我省培养优秀体育后备人才的对策与建议,构建优秀体育后备人才培养网络,为决策部门提供参考.In order to carry out Views of Further Strengthening and Improving Physical in the New Period of the State Council of the Central Committee of the CPC （No. [ 2002 ] 8）, He＇nan Educational Bureau organizes some experts and professors to research into sports training after class and cultivation of reserve athletic talents of colleges, middle schools and primary schools in the whole province. They sum up experience and lessons, find out the existing problems and difficulties, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of cultivating excellent reserve athletic talents of our province and set up a network of cultivating excellent reserve athletic talents, so that they can offer reference to decisive departments.
