摘　　要：文章在分析了配电网规划的内容、方法并详细讨论了基于用地仿真的空间负荷预测方法的基础上提出了基于GIS的配电网自动规划系统的设计方法,并简要分析了各子系统的功能。对配电网规划方法的发展方向提出了一些意见。Based on analysis of matter and method of distribution planning and detailed description of spatial load forecasting （SLF） method based on landuse emulation, this paper proposes a based -GiS distribution automation planning design proposal and concisely analyses the function of each sub-systems. Some opinions about development direction of distribution planning method are provided.
