摘　　要：给出了非线性规划问题(NP)的全局最优解的充分必要条件,建立了求该问题全局最优解的一个算法模型.In this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions for the global optimal solutions of nonlinear programming problem （NP） are given, a algorithm model on solving the global optimal solutions is presented.
