摘　　要：文章针对当前核心资源理论研究、实践过程中的突出问题,通过对资源与能力、能力与资产的比较分析,对核心资源的构成进行了界定,并且通过构建核心资源构成的层次模型与内在发展机理模型,对核心资源的内在逻辑发展关系进行了深入的研究,力求为企业能够获取持续竞争优势提供一个广阔的思路。Directing against the outstanding problems in the research and practice of the core resource theory, the paper defines firstly the composition of core resource through comparing and analyzing the resource, competence and assets. Then the paper studies deeply the inherent logical relation of core resource through constructing the models of composition levels and intrinsic development mechanism. It strives to offer a wide train of thought for enterprise to obtaining continued competence advantage.
