摘　　要：研制了气制动系统检测试验台,可以模拟测试某汽车气制动系统的制动及解除制动的反应时间,与路试相比,可节约大量的试验经费和试验时间.利用此试验台对某大客车气制动系统阀门的排气性能进行了检测,并分析了管路参数对制动系统阀门的排气性能的影响.A test bench is developed to test the performance of the air braking system. Based on this test bench, the reaction time of the system while braking and abandoning braking can be measured. Compared with the actual road test, it can save the money and the time. With this test bench,the exhaust performance of the valves in a certain commercial vehicle air braking system is tested, and the effect on the exhaust performance from the parameter of the air pipeline is analyzed.
