任意折射率分布多量子阱波导的色散方程

摘　　要：利用转移矩阵技术，在建立波导芯子区域等效折射率的基础上，导出了任意折射率多量子阱波导的色散方程，该方程的数值精度与量子阱数的多少无关。A novel formula for dispersion properties of MQW waveguides with arbitrary refractive index profile, which is based on the transfer matrix technique in the equivalent index approximation, has been developed. It is shown that the numerical accuracy of the formula is indepedent on the period numbers of the quantum well.
