生物表面活性剂产生菌的生长及发酵情况比较

摘　　要：对生物表面活性剂产量相对较高的3只菌株的生长和发酵情况进行了比较和分析.结果表明:在摇床温度35℃,转速150 r/min,菌龄32 h,V(发酵液):V(种子液)=100,装液量60 mL,初始pH=7.5,w(氯化钠)=2%的培养条件下,随着培养时间的变化,ZZ-1菌在菌体生长、生物量增加、总糖产生和发酵产生生物表面活性剂等方面均优于其他2只菌株.The growth and fermentation of three strains with higher yield of biosurfactants were conlpared and analyzed. The results showed when the temperature of the shaking table was 35 ℃, rotating speed was 150 r/min,seed age was 32 h, V（zymotic fluid）： V（seed fluid） = 100,total volume was 60 mL,initial pH = 7.5,additional quantity of NaCl was 2%, many components of ZZ-1 strain including the growth of strains, the increase of biomass, production of sugar and biosurfactants were superior to other strains during the period of fermentation.
