摘　　要：给出了当x→a时二元函数f(x,y)在y0局部一致收敛的充要条件,并且建立了实用的判别方法.In this paper, the authors present the sufficient and necessary condition for the local uniform convergence of two - variable function f（x,y）at the point y0, when x→a, and establish the practical method of discrimination.
