高速公路有效经营的投资最佳组合模型的研究

摘　　要：阐述了高速公路与普通公路、其他工业项目和服务项目的不同经济特点,界定了高速公路有效经营的内涵,分析了有效经营条件下影响资金安全的各种因素;在此基础上针对高速公路项目经营公司特定的经营环境,给出了如何在控制风险的前提下实现经营效益最大化的投资组合模型,并进一步将其拓展到多个经营周期,从而使高速公路企业在资本扩张的同时能创造更大范围的顾客满意,使高速公路项目公司在获得良好社会效益的同时获得更好的经济效益。Since highway facility belongs to pre-public product, compared with any other companies, the operation of highway project company is pursuing economic benefits, at the same time, it should take much care of social benefits, which endows the efficient management of the highway project more deep meaning. In view of the different economic characteristic between highway and ordinary highway, other industrial projects and service projects, this paper determined definition of highway efficient operation and analyzed various fac tors which affect capital safety of efficient operation under given condition. Based on it, according to special operation environment of highway project company, a portfolio modal of how to maximize the benefits of man agement under the prerequisite of control risk is established. Extending it to further operation periods, the company could provide customers with more satisfactory services while enterprising capital expansionism and get better economic benefits while getting good social benefits.
