摘 要:本研究选取90名3~6岁幼儿,通过'幼儿心理导向'课程,并采用行为观察法、谈话法、测验法,对幼儿交往策略进行有计划的培养,一年后,考察实验结果.结果表明:干预前,小班幼儿缺乏社会性交往技巧;中班幼儿交往策略水平不高;大班幼儿同伴交往能力增强.随着年龄的增长及实验干预手段的不同,幼儿运用交往策略的水平在不断提高,中班幼儿提高最为明显;随着年龄的增长,幼儿运用交往策略的种类有所增加,种类以请求交换为主;幼儿运用交往策略的水平在性别上无明显差异.In this research, 90 3~6 years olds were chosen as subjects, and they got blanned training through such ways as behavior observing, talking, and testing through the course of children psychological instructions. After one year, the result shows that children's intercourse strategies are improving with the increase of age. Before the training, the bottom-class children lack of any social communication skills and mid-class children had few communication strategies. With the increase of their age, children begin to use more ways in their intercourse with others, and among those ways they prefer exchanging. The distinct progress can be seen among mid-class children, while there is no obvious difference between sexes.
