摘　　要：随着现代医学的发展,患者对护理工作的要求越来越高,尤其是对人文关怀的需求。然而,在满足患者人文关怀需求的同时也要考虑护士这个特殊群体对人文关怀的需要。所以,必须以整体的观点来看待护理工作与人文关怀的关系,从而使护理工作既能满足患者高层次的要求,也能使护士这个特殊群体在人文关怀中受益,从而提高医院的医疗护理质量和总体效益。Along with the development of modern medical sclences,the patients＇ demands for nursing is getting higher and higher,especially their demands of humanistic care. Meanwhile,as a special professional group, we should also pay close attention to the nurses＇ needs of humanistic care besides meeting the patients＇ demands. Therefore, it is necessary to expatiate the correlation of nursing work and humanistic care with an integrated view, so that nursing can both meet the high - ranked demands of patients and make the nurses benefit from humanistic care. And then the quality of medical service and the whole benefit of hospital can be further improved.
