摘  要:研究低温贮藏对早钟六号枇杷采后生理与贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,低温能显著抑制果实的呼吸作用和细胞膜透性的增加,延缓糖、酸的下降;低温贮藏期间,果实酸含量下降较糖迅速,前期果实呼吸主要消耗有机酸和糖,后期则以消耗糖为主;果实的硬度与贮藏温度呈负相关,与贮藏时间呈正相关;早钟六号枇杷的适宜贮藏温度为6~8℃,贮藏20~25d仍能保持较好的品质。This paper explores the effects of low temperature storage on pestharvest physiology and storage property of Zaozhong 6. The results showed that low temperature significantly inhabited fruit respiration, retarded an increase of cell membrane permeability and delayed the decrease of the sugar and acid. The acid of fruits consumed more acid and sugar during the first period and more sugar during the later period. The changes of flesh firmness of fruits were positively correlated significantly with storage time and negatively correlated significantly with storage temperature. The optimum storage temperature of Zaozhong 6 loquat was 6-8℃, under which fruit quality could be well kept for 20-25 days.
