摘　　要：教育应以提高国民素质为根本宗旨。从应对各种突发事件时人们的知识和技能的缺乏,可见当代大学生的素质教育之重要。应当从应对突发事件的良知教育、心理教育、能力锻炼入手,着力提高当代大学生的综合素质。Education aims at the improvement of the national people＇s quality. At present, most of the college students lack necessary knowledge and techniques to react to various thunderbolts, which indicates the importance of their quality education. As a result, we should attach importance to the improvement of the college students＇ comprehensive quality, focusing on such respects as conscience, psychology and ability.
