摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入和管理理念的转变,医生的工作满意度将越来越被重视。作者首先阐述了工作满意度的概念、与工作满意度相关的理论、国内外临床医生工作满意度研究的状况、工作满意度的测量工具,并分析了研究临床医生工作满意度的意义。With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the change in management ideas, more and more attention will be attached to the job satisfaction of doctors. The paper expounds the concept of job satisfaction, the theories related to job satisfaction, the status of research on the job satisfaction of clinical doctors both at home and abroad, and the tools for measuring job satisfaction. It also analyzes the significance of research on the job satisfaction of chnical doctors.
