摘　　要：函授教育的管理与教学质量的监控是提高高校函授教学质量的重要因素。笔者以北京体育大学函授教育的发展和自身函授教育工作的实践,论述了函授教育的全方位目标管理与教学质量监控体系的建立,为高校函授教育改革提供参考。The management and teaching quality assurance plays a very important role in improving the teaching quality of continuous education. Based on the development of continuous education in Beijing Sport University and self-experience in the area of continuous education, this paper explored the establishment of the multi-level purpose-based management and teaching quality assurance system, in order to provide scientific references for the reform of continuous education in higher education.
