湖北部分中学田径开展现状及拓展方向的设计

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,对湖北省部分中学体育课程改革现状进行了调研。调查发现,田径运动在中学体育教学中进行的较少,对其原因进行了逻辑性分析。根据田径运动中身体活动的特点,对田径的跑类运动拓展方向进行了可行性设计,这种设计对体现以人为本的宗旨,培养学生掌握“生存跑”、“逃生跑”与“救生跑”的能力,挖掘田径运动的功能,改变目前中学田径运动开展的现状,将产生积极的影响。Current situation of P.E. curricular reform in some middle schools in Hubei province was investigated through methods of questionnaire and interview. It was found that sports teaching of track and field was not enough in middle schools. The development orientation of running, which focused on humanity, cultivated students＇ ability of ＂existence＂, ＂escape＂ and ＂life saving＂, had changed current situation of track and field in middle school.
