摘  要:案例教学法是法学课程教育中普遍推崇和倡导的教学方法,适合教学对象成人化、教学内容应用化、教学目的功能化、教学形式开放化等教学规律的要求。然而,国内法学案例教学远未发挥其应有的功能,距离法学理论教学目的要求也相差甚远。本文就法学案例教学法的意义与局限、设计与运用等方面做了初步探讨。Case system is a teaching method which commonly holds in esteem and proposes in the course education of the science of law.It suit to the request of teaching regular patterns,such as the growing up of object of teaching,the appliance of the content of courses,functionality of the aim of teaching,the opening of teaching form.However,domestic case system of law is far inferior to the full use of its function and the request of the teaching aim of theoretical law.In this paper,the author gives a tentative investigation about the senses,the limitations, the design and the application of case system of law.
