对二炔苯与β-环糊精的包结物的制备和表征

摘  要:用多种方法合成了对二炔苯的β-环糊精包结物,通过1H NMR、XRD、DSC等方法对其进行了表征,并对其荧光性能做了初步的研究,结果表明,对二炔苯进入β-环糊精空腔使环糊精的H-3和H-5的化学位移向高场移动,环糊精的脱水峰向低温移动。在包结物中,对二炔苯不再以晶体形式存在,荧光分析表明,形成包结物后环糊精能有效防止对二炔苯分子间的π-π堆积作用。The inclusion complex(IC) of p-diethynylbenzene (DEB) with fl-cyclodextrin was synthesized via different methods and was characterized by ^1H NMR spectroscopy, XRD and DSC. The results show that insoluble DEB dissolves in D20 after entering the cavity of β-CD, and the DEB molecules in the cavity cause an upfield shift of H-3 and H-5 of β-cyclodextrin in the ^1H NMR spectrum. The DSC and XRD analyses indicate that there is no crystalline DEB in the inclusion complex. The presence of DEB in the cavity makes the dehydration peak of β-cyclodextrin shift to lower temperature. The fluorescence spectra of the solid inclusion complex and DEB show that DEB molecules have entered the cavities of β-cyclodextrin either in single or in dimolecular forms. The absence of the emission of solid DEB in the solid-state emission spectrum of the inclusion complex also suggests that complexation can inhibit the π-π stacking of DEB effectively.
