摘 要:目的研究改善G-Ⅲy菌株生产聚羟基烷酸酯(PHAs)的性能。方法通过添加前体物,对G-Ⅲy菌株发酵生产聚β-羟基丁酸和聚β-羟基戊酸共聚物(PHBV)进行了分析研究。结果G-Ⅲy菌株能以丙酸、戊酸为前体,以蔗糖为碳源合成PHBV共聚物;在2L自控发酵罐上,以丙酸为前体,发酵40 h细胞干重可达15.46 g/L,共聚物量可达9.60 g/L,HV组分含量占38.4%,且通过核磁共振分析此共聚物为3HB与3HV所组成的不规则共聚物。结论添加前体物G-Ⅲy菌可发酵生产PHBV共聚物。Ahn To improve the properties of poly-hydroxyalkanoates. Methods Study the synthesis of poly (β- hydroxybutyrate-co-β-hydroxyvalerate) by adding different pecusor to the strain G-Ⅲy Results The strain G-Ⅲy could accumulate PHBV with sucrose as carbon source and propionic acid or valeric acid as precursor. In 2L selfcontrolled fermentor, the dry cell weight, PHBV concentration and HV fraction in the copolymers reached 15.46 g · L^-1, 9.60 g · L^-1 and 38.4% respectively in the case of fermentation for 40 hours and the propionic acid as precursor , and the nuclear magnetic resonance analyses showed that the copolyesters obtained here were random copolymers of 3HB and 3HV units. Conclusion Appending different pecusors can make the strain G-Ⅲy produce poly (β-hydroxybutyrate-co-β-hydroxyvalerate).
