摘　　要：软件企业作为知识创造型产业,对知识管理的依赖远甚于传统产业。文章从业务与知识两方面分析了软件企业对知识管理的需求。分析了软件企业在实施知识管理时存在的挑战与优势,并从技术性手段和非技术策略两个方面阐述了软件企业实施知识管理的策略。As a industrial of knowledge and creation, software enterprises rely on knowledge management （KM） more than traditional industrial. The paper analyzes software enterprises＇ requirement for KM from two aspects： the business and the knowledge. After this, it analyses the existing challenge and advance when software enterprises implement KM and discusses the methods to implement KM in technical and non-technical tacit.
