摘  要:在分析仿人智能控制基本思想的基础上,提出了用仿人智能控制动态修正PID参数的设想。结合某一实际浓度控制工段,总结操作人员的经验,用规则化语言加以表述,并编程实现。通过对浓度控制效果曲线的比较,证明该控制方案较之普通PID控制在动态性能、鲁棒性能等方面都有较大的改善。In order to find a new control strategy used to improve the consistency control in papennaking process, this paper put forward the suggestion of modifying PID parameters by the simulated human intelligence after analyzing the basic idea of the simulated human intelligence control. Programming is realized in a practical consistency control system by summarizing the operators' experiences and expressing as the regularized language. The new control has greater improvement in the aspects such as dynamic performance and robust performance compared with the conventional PID control according to the consistency control effect diagrams.
