双歧杆菌活性乳对调节人体肠道菌群效果观察

摘　　要：筛选16～65岁、体检指标正常的志愿者80名,进行临床体检合格后,分为对照组与试验组:对照组40名受试者不服用产品,试验组40名受试者按规定剂量服用海浪牌双叉奶。结果显示:39例受试者在服用海浪牌双叉奶期间,精神、睡眠、饮食均无明显改变,体检安全性指标也无明显改变;受试人群服用海浪牌双叉奶14d后,肠道内乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量与试食前相比无显著性差异;双歧杆菌数量试食后有明显增加,且试验组双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组,差异有显著性。说明双叉奶对人体肠道内双歧杆菌具有增殖作用,具备调节人体肠道菌群功能。Filtrating 16-65 years old, 80 volunteers of the physical examination with normal index, divided into the contrasted group and the tested group after it is qualified to carry on the clinical physical examination： 40 experimenters take Hailang brand Bi-soy Yogurt according to fixed dosage to the test group, they do not take the products to the contrast group 40 experimenters. The result shows that the spirit, sleep, diet of 39 experi- menters have not obviously changed when they take Hailang brand Bi-soy Yogurt, the security index of physical examination has not obviously changed; Compare with taking Hailang brand Bi-soy Yogurt ago, try on crowd take the product for 14 days, intestinal funguses, such as intestines bacillus, intestines coccus, lactobacillus etc., have not significance difference; bifiobacterium quantity for test group increasing obviously after having Bi-soy Yogurt, higher than contrast group notably. Prove the Bi-soy Yogurt has hyperplasia function on bifiobacterium in the intestines of human body, the product possess regulation functions for intestinal fungus of human body.
