摘 要:通过实验研究了驱动电压、反向消磁脉冲等驱动参数对共轨燃油喷射系统中三通电磁阀动态响应性能的影响,同时对驱动参数进行了优化控制.结果表明:提高驱动电压可以有效地提高三通电磁阀的动态响应性能;在不同驱动电压下,对于同一正向励磁脉冲都有一个最优的反向消磁脉冲,这时三通电磁阀的动态响应特性最好;驱动电压越高,最佳消磁脉冲越小,最佳消磁脉冲变化越缓慢.对驱动参数进行优化控制后,三通电磁阀的动态响应性能得到了大幅度的提高.Experimental studies were conducted to investigate the effects of driving parameters, such as driving voltage and negative demagnetizing pulse, on the dynamic response performance of a three-way solenoid valve in the common-rail fuel injection system. Moreover, the optimization control of the parameters was carried out. The results show that the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid can be improved by increasing driving voltage. In addition, at each different driving voltage, there exists an optimum negative demagnetizing pulse for the same positive exciting pulse. With the optimal pulse, the best dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve is achieved. And with the increase of the driving voltage, the optimal pulse and the change of the optimal pulse decrease. The dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve can be effectively improved with the optimization control of the driving parameters adopted.
