摘　　要：医学图像中目标的特征信息是各类基于图像技术的应用研究中的重要信息,也是进行图像分析、目标识别以及医学三维重建的研究基础。医学图像三维重建中最基础、最关键的一个过程就是提取图像序列中需要重建的目标,为后续的三维重建提供基础数据。论文利用一种新的彩色图像特征描述方法,同时从彩色医学图像中提取出目标的边界与角点,从而达到提取目标轮廓的目的。The object feature detection from medical image contains the basic information of some application and research in image pmcessing.h is also the basic work of image analysis,object recognition and 3D reconstruction.The most basic and crucial part is to extract the object which is needed in 3D reconstruction,it can provide the fundamental data for 3D reconstruction.This paper adopts a new description method to describe the features in color image,it can both extract the edge and corner at one time,so we can get the feature information we want.
